I know that the A1 does a calibration prior to each print. However, how often should I do a full calibration fron the touch screen?
A good rule of thumb is to do a full calibration after anything major changes, such as moving the printer location, performing routine cleanings, and maintenance (belt tensioning, bed tramming, etc.) I typically do one after a firmware update, just to make sure nothing gets weird. If you start noticing oddities in your prints, that’d also be a good time to kick off a full calibration, and probably a good cleaning.
