Any ideas what caused this amazing masterpiece? I got no errors and after receiving a print success message on my phone came back to this ‘model’. How did it not pause when the cover popped off? Funny is I just did a flow calibration which turned out great right before this print.
Usually a blob like that happens when a print releases from the bed and is dragged around with the print head. I’m not sure why the printer didn’t send an error when the print head came off.

That just happened to me on my new A1! Took me over an hour to clean it off everything and get the printer to work again. It still has some residue on it, but it’s running fine.
I was told the project I was trying to print with PETG, was to small and thin for the material to stick to the plate.
The printer, fortunately didn’t have any damage!
