I had better results in the past months with the camera is there something going on with the cloud or is it my wifi the problem ? I see some glitches in the camera a lot compared to before.

Hope I’m not hijacking your post but wanted to chime in alongside you. I probably have the same issue as you… long time to load video (both Bambu Studio and Bambu Handy), VERY choppy video once it finally loads (after minutes sometimes), and sometimes not loading at all.
I have two X1E printers, and both are connected to WiFi and wired connections. I’ve also seen it where my desktop and phone are terrible but my colleague’s phone is just fine. I’m also leaning towards the Bambu streaming server as the issue as it’s the only common thread.
