Camera Stopped Working After Last Firmware Update

Ever since the last firmware update (01.06.00.00) the camera on my A1 has stopped working. When I click on the “play” icon in Bambu Studio or Bambu Handy it just sits there and says “Initializing…” but doesn’t do anything. Also if I set my print to do a Timelapse it takes a VERY long time to snap a picture but never seems to.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried a different SD card? Often a failing card can cause similar problems.

I am seeing the exact same issue after updating my firmware a couple days ago.

I went and bought a P1S and connected it to the same network, no issues. This is 100% triggered by updating the Bambu A1 firmware.

There has been several problems with the A! firmware update ver 01.06.00.00, so roll it back to 01.05… until further notice when you hear the they have fixed the issues

I thought I was going silly with the camera not connecting in BL Studio. Thank goodness I’m not the only one with this issue.

I find that a shutdown/restart of the printer and BL Studio will bring it back on. However it doesn’t help you if you’re in the middle of a long print and want to make sure it hasn’t turned to spaghetti while you’re out of the hosue.

I have also had issues since the Firmware Update, the app on IOS and Bambu Studio can not control the Camera, Light, or the motors manually. I can only controll this using the touch screen on the A1 Mini.

Same problem with my a1 from the latest firmware

I have the same problem, when i turn off and on the printer it works for 1 print and then it dont work again.
