I set up my X1 Carbon yesterday and everything worked perfectly, including the camera monitoring feature in Bambu Studio. Today, I started another print. It prints fine, but the camera view isn’t working today. I went through the wiki and checked all the listed troubleshooting steps. The printer is connected to the cloud and I can view the camera output on the phone app. On the PC, I get the following error message after clicking the play button: Loading failed [-20011]. Even so, the print progress is showing below the camera screen and it’s correct. Any ideas?
Also, I don’t have an SD card in the X1 (didn’t have a micro SD lying around). When I click the “tools” icon on the video screen in Bambu Studio, the option for “Auto-record monitoring” is pre-selected. When I click to deselect, I get a message saying “Can’t start this without SD card.” However, since it’s pre-selected (i.e., on), I’m trying to turn this feature off…not on. This may or may not be a clue. I have an SD card coming Wed., so we’ll see. Also, when I started Bambu Studio this morning, I did not have internet connectivity at that time (since fixed). I doubt this is relevant, but you never know (I’m not in LAN mode though).
did you get a fix ? mine stopped working too from one sekond to another,…i have not get it t back work.
Same issue on my A1. Since yesterday (27th Dec.) the camera stopped working while printing. It still works if the printer is in LAN only mode or not printing in Bambu Studio.
Not sure if there is a relation, but the issue begun, after accepting a “network update” just before.
Did someone has an idea or similar experiance?

I have a issue with the camera image since yesterday after in BS was a update of the network plugin.
I have a camera image in BS like normal, as soon as I start the Bambu handy app, my camera image in BS is freezing. As soon as I stop the Handy app the camera image in BS works fine again.
For me, it looks like your are now only allowed, to have one feed at the time but not BS and Bambu Handy app at the same time
So this happens to me i have multiple printers streaming to my machine and once in a while one of my printers just stops streaming and goes black. Nothing brings it back other than a restart of the printer. And then its good.
I have tried restarting the machine, Bambu Studio, un connecting to the printer and reconnecting and only a restart of the printer itself helps.
Does any body have any working solution to the camera not working problem my camera just jitters and maybe record’s a few seconds every print.
