Camera won't work consistently

About every 3-4 days I have to reboot the printer in order to get the video feed to continue working. It won’t work on my phone app, my desktop app, or anything, until it’s rebooted.

Any advice?

I have the same problem.
I have 6 BambuLab printers. 3 X1Carbon and 3 P1S. 5 are in one place and the others are somewhere else. It can’t be my internet connection. because it no longer works on all printers. Does somebody has any idea? Is it due to overloaded Bambulab servers?
I also can’t access the timelapse videos. Support ticket also not possible because this doesn’t work either…

This is one of my frustrations as well. I have logged off and then reconnected the printer to my account and that can fix it - especially mid print.

It is strange, because all other information relating to the progress is working, so it can’t be a printer communication with the BL cloud, it must be something else.

I would love an Ethernet connection to take Wi-Fi out of the equation, but that is a separate argument altogether.
