I dont know what to do, I am pretty upset as I dont know why its doing this, I cannot load filament anymore
i tried to do the full calibration two times and its still doing this

I think you have some stuck filament preventing it from extruding.
Go to the Bambu Wiki and start there.
Also, now would be a good time to order more hotends. That way, you can pop the old one out and new one in and get back to printing. They’re very cheap, so get a few to keep on-hand.
Also, calibration wont help much with a mechanical problem like this. Calibration is more to test your machine once it’s working so that it is optimized.
hello, i don’t have money i cant get anything, i tried to search google for the clicking/shaking head i am just overwhelmed by so many thing i dont even know where to start to look ,
i tried to use the thin rod to push up the nozzle hole but my sight isnt as good as it was and even with read glasses the hole is just way way way too small for me to see what im doing
i am only using one color to print , and would it be possble to swap the tube to another hole? would this perhaps fix the problem?
i dont mind if one of the holes is broken or whatever
It’s pretty clear you have a clog. Mine did exactly the same thing when it was clogged. I replaced the hot end and the problem went away. You can try clearing the clog using the procedures here: https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1-mini/troubleshooting/nozzle-clog
Check the spool for tangled filament especially if you’ve recently removed it to change to a different spool…aske me how I know? I had the exact same thing with an external spool yesterday on my X1-C
Hi folks, after some time I managed to resolve this issue.
I tried the poking the wire hot/cold method, and a number of other things, but I finally figured to take the piece on the top of the print head off (with a lot of struggling with a plyers, i dunno what magic glue bambu are using), and from there i was able to take out about an inch in length of filament that was totally loose and just sitting in the hole. After taking it out, going through the load process and test printing all seems ok now.
However I am still curious, if the filament that was in the hole was totally lose what was preventing it from going through the nozzle? I could understand if it was difficult to take the piece of filament out but it was completely loose, which makes me think there was somethi9ng under it preventing it being pushed through, yet after taking it out the printer seems to be operating fine now, I am a little confused why this came about in the first place.
What kind of filament were you using. If it had a high moisture content it can become brittle and a piece may have broken off during an unload process or even a load.
definately a broken off filament. im guessing you are in a very humid place & your filament has alot of moisture. look into a dry box to get moisture out your filament.
