Sorry If this is a noob question but can I used this filament
with P1S? and I’m using a external spool holder so I can just use the Elegoo spool holder that comes with it right? Or do I need to transfer the Elegoo filament to the bambu spool? Also when I print do I keep it PLA basic or change it to something else? sorry I know it’s basic but I’m new and want to be certain, thanks
Yes, yes, no, yes.
Just use the “Generic PLA” profile, it will work fine. I’ve used Elegoo filaments in my P1S and it didn’t need any changes to get good results. I’d buy it again.
I would use the BambuLab PLA basic profile. The generic profile mainly has the maximum flow cut in half, so it pronts much slower. But any PLA I have used so far was printing flawlessly with the fast BambuLab profiles.
