I am getting an error on the verification code for logging into BambuStudio. It has not worked for days. Anyone else? What can I do about it?
BTW, I get a code immediately but that code does not work. I tried resetting my password but that didn’t change anything.
Your not alone. I put in a ticket because it was driving me crazy. And they dont have a clue so no help. I can log in using my facebook acoount but if they are going to change things it would be nice if it worked first.
When you say “can’t” can you be a little more specific? Are you getting an error message? If so, can you post a screengrab.
I had issues similar to this where it issued a message indicating that my location is blocked. This is a message that normally is reserved for users logging in from China. The Chinese government bans social media websites and this forum is considered such.
Have you tried to delete your cookies and/or used another browser or computer? Does it produce the same results? If you’re accessing it from a laptop, have you tried logging in from another network such as a local coffee shop or possibly use a VPN to ensure that you have a different IP address?
Hi, I waited a couple of days and tried again and now can login. I wasn’t getting an error message. It just wasn’t accepting the code that I entered that I received from email. The other strange thing was the code never changed.
