Deleting the last digit of the code and entering it again worked for me too. Thanks
this fixed the issue for me. i re-entered the ip and code and then TEST came green and tested and worked ok - sent file done. thanks heaps
Thankyou you wonderful person! Yes, this works. Definitely a bug. I can send files again! Yay! I was all set, ready to start factory resetting etc, but figured this was worth a go.
Ok any new ideas ? When trying all of the above but the send function still does not work … Always prompt for serial number …
Same for me, removing/adding printer new login, nothing works, this has clearly todo with a bambulab studio update as nothing else changed in my setup. Anyone from bambu anything to say about this??
keep trying Bambu decides on its own to start working … and occasionally stop …
I fixed it by uninstalling the Lab, disable all windows antivirus and re-download it and re-install it.
If you are a MacOS user go to system settings/privacy and security/local network and make sure that BambuStudio it’s on, because in my case it was off and it fixed the problem!
I fixed Mine!!! i had noticed some problems with my SD card, i think i put too much time lapse on it and then it corrupt the SD card because it was full (not sure about this but i had a 32gb cheap sd card and it would sometimes ask to reformat, so i bought a quality one and now it works!!! i tried repairing unlogging from BStudio and BHandy but it did the same, i tried updating the firmware and then it was stuck at downloading at 1% i tought i had bricked my printer but then i remembered about the sd and swapped for a good one 128gb and it works now!!!
When this happened to me, I had to return the X1C to factory settings. Once I set up my printer, I had the option to send/send all. I never had the option before that and now it works well. I am sure there are 1000 different reasons and solutions for your problem, but this was the solution to my problem. Best of luck to you!
For me it was Dell Alienware that was causing an issue with the send. Print went through cloud service all of the time. After uninstalling Alienware, everything worked great.
YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Seriously, thanks!
