I got this special filament to help print some 90 degree overhangs nicely but it’s bonded on pretty strongly to my part. Grey part is Bambu PA6-GF printed with the default profile except temp increased by 5 deg to 270, and green is Bambu Support for PA/PET printed with the default profile. Zero gap as recommended by the slicer.
Any tips for removing the filament? Access with tools isn’t great and it’s stuck on real well…
Both filaments have been dried thoroughly before printing.
No answers? I have the same problem, but I was using tree supports. The Support for PA/PET was stuck more to the part than to the supports. I was using the support only as an interface layer.
I have better luck using PA alone as support, breaks off with standard settings pretty good.

Bambu suggested I leave a gap of 0.08 but if I was gonna do that, I might as well use the same material support and it will only be a little more difficult to remove (and that’s what I do now - same material support)
