I used the unload function on my P1P. However I can’t pull out the filament. I tried using the buttons on the p1p (e.g., retry and feeder) but nothing seems to work.
The cutter has no issue but I replaced the cutter anyway. Can press the cutter in and out cleanly but still no luck.
Trying to avoid taking out the extruder. Hoping there is an easy fix.

Because I seem to have the same issue:
The filament was cut in the unload process, but I cannot pull the filament out. (I know that it was cut, because I removed the hotend to check).
Furthermore the extruder makes a noise, it is not a clicking noise but more like a buzz.
Loading also does not work.
the printer does not give any error message. It just stops at the unloading procedure and I have to switch the printer off. Afterwards it proceeds like nothing happend, but it cannot print, because the filament is neither loaded or unloaded.
The problem occured after I tried to unload after a print. I never had an issue before.
