Cannot bind printer to account using Handy app

Printer connects to my 2.4g just fine- I connect my samsung galaxy s9 to the same network, use the QR but I get the error “maybe not on the same LAN No route to host”

Any suggestions? Can I connect directly through my laptop in bambu studio without first connecting through handy?

SOLVED: I had to log into my router and disable every connection mode on the 2.4g side except wireless N.

Another solution:
Create a hotspot with your smartphone and connect the printer to it.
