"cannot-pull-back-filament" - often isn't horrific

This issue arose today - and I started to dismantle the machine, but all I needed to have done was to remove the PTFE hose and clear out a piece of broken PLA.

It would be really good if there were better steps to solve the problem before suggesting that I will need to disconnect cables, unscrew sections, and so on…

I got this error a couple of days ago when I used Inland Twinkle Rainbow filament from MicroCenter for the first time. I searched this forum and other places for possible solutions. What eventually fixed it was shutting the printer off for about ten minutes, turning it back on, and then hitting the “Retry” button. It worked perfectly after that. However, I am somewhat hesitant to to use that filament again.
