I just tried to change the fans speeds using Bambu Studio but it seems a update has removed (or changed) the way this can be done with version 2.0.3.54.
When I forget to lower the AUX speeds before starting a print using PLA I do it afterwards via Bambu Studio. But now when I click on the fan icon, it just tells me the fans speeds are correct. No way to change them using the Studio software.
I know it still works on Bambu Handy. But why not studio? Bug?
Hi,
It is a known issue, and I shared it with the developers already a month ago (e.g. bambu studio · Issue #6598 · bambulab/BambuStudio · GitHub)… yet I still haven’t seen a concrete reply or solution (New beta 1.08.50.14 where's the information? - #80 by L0rdS474n). I thought that was an issue with the beta versions.
Since there is a prompt message regarding cooling, it may not be a bug.

nice, I added to the github report you made. hopefully they get on top of it.
How the hell can they miss this out?

Especially since the aux fan by default 100% of the time causes uneven cooling and makes my prints lift on that side of the build plate… I’ve had to turn off the aux fan using custom profiles for every filament type i use.
I agree, not sure why this is not addressed, I think its been a much mentioned topic that AUX fan cause much problems especially when using pla.
This is speculation, but my guess:

Really annoying that this wasn’t fixed in the recent Studio update. Lost 3 large ABS prints due to the aux fan being on and not able to turn it off and I can’t turn the exhaust fan on slightly to create a negative pressure in the chamber for air filtration. Had to print a redirector for the aux fan so it just blows up and away from the print bed.
