On my Pixel 6 in the Bambu handy app it sees the printer, I press Confirm to Bind, it then pops up a phone message saying “connect and pair” and then shortly after it the app reports “Bluetooth Disconnected”. I don’t know why… I’ve switched to 2.4ghz wifi, but it’s not even getting that far. I’ve tried rebooting phone, printer, searched reddit, discord, nothing works. Any help much appreciated.
edit: is there any other way to connect the printer? manually?
It may be related to an issue on their end. When pairing through Bambu Studio I’m getting this error - pain in the ass but hopefully not your fault :
Failed to parse login report reason - Cloud response is invalid.
okay, looks like I finally got online.
I don’t know if it was Bambu servers or not, I ended up trying on my older Pixel 2 and it worked on the second try.
I have a similar issue, except I don’t get a Bluetooth disconnected notification. I can pair but the Bluetooth just doesn’t connect.
I know im a bit late, but for the future ones, or if someone is currently struggling with this issue, i found the solution. Im not too sure on ios but on android, when you want to change the wifi connection to the printer, you will probably get a "Bluetooth Disconnected " pop up. In this case what you have to do is go in bluetooth settings, and forget/delete the printer (should be BBL Printer) from your phone. Then rescan the qr code, and will connect with ease.
