Can't connect to printer

printer was working fine yesterday, but after booting up my PC this morning and turning the printer on the bambu studios, couldn’t connect to it.
i tried logging out and back in, which didn’t help at all
i get the below message when trying to connect to the detected printer through the studio app.

on the printer itself it gives me the error code : 83968036
and when using the handy app it say it can only connect using a 2.4ghz and i don’t have a WiFi with 2.4ghz I do have a 2.5 and 5ghz( I have a starlink router and there is no option for 2.4.
My firewall is through AVG internet security and it shows the Bambu labs is allowed to access the internet.

i have tried all the suggestions in other older posts, but none have worked in anyway shape or form.
i even tried using an Ipad instead of my Galaxy S22+ phone, but it got stuck trying to connect through Bluetooth, the printer shows the pair option and a pairing code and i press the button when it appears but it still won’t connect.

i have restarted my PC, my phone, my router and the printer, as well as restting the printer to factory and I still can’t connect.

I am also running Starlink. You have 2.4 and 5. Had the same issue yesterday. On the Starlink phone app log into network, and then settings (upper right gear symbol). You should have an option button to split the network. Split it and set up another network for 2.4 only. Starlink default is a network that runs at either speed, presumably at random, or whatever. The P1S only works with 2.4. So now you should have two parallel networks. Connect your computer to the 2.4 network and then go through the binding process.

I got it working again, use a WiFi hotspot device

Funny how the hotspot always seems to come through in tricky situations, even if it’s not the perfect fix.

I agree with @fastowl76—you probably have a Starlink with 2.4 GHz capability, not 2.5.
