yeah, i’m not angry with the downtime just disappointed they didn’t update the status homepage. It’s useless if they want to use it as a marketing gimmick with inaccurate status messages.

This happens too much and it is a real f$%#^!* problem. they need to implement local wifi print sending as an option. who really wants others to have access to everything you print any way.

save the prints to the local sd card like every other printer

everything back to normal here. printer is printing.

Just got a print through the cloud, it de-synced my account to the printer and changed my access code, so pay attention to that, but it looks like we’re back up. Hope it’s the same for everyone else

Same on x1c. It worked in local mode for some time but now doesn’t do it either. Can’t print. Thanks mandatory cloud connection, you never dissapoint.

Status log now says: " From 2023/08/15 10:03 to 11:10, and 12:11 to 12:23 UTC", so we are no longer getting errors from the future (still nonsense though of course as this lasted over 24 hours from yesterday). I’m sticking with LAN mode for now :wink:

I had the same issue this morning. I waited a few hours and tried again when I was at work. I had a network plug in update or something like that. Installed it and had no issues sending the file to the printer.

Already exists (assuming you have fairly recent firmware). Take a look on the printer settings/network, it’s called “LAN Only”.

It does require you to log off you network account in BambuStudio and allow BambuStudio to accept inbound connections if you have a firewall installed. Its also best if you printer and client are on the same network otherwise your going have more work to do enabling your client to receive the printers broadcasts.

It got resolved in 2 days for me since my last post. Can print with cloud again. But webcam monitoring seems to be less reliable now for mobile app, and desktop app also struggles to connect.

Mine says “Can’t connect to printer” but everything works fine. No problems in Studio sending or printing and no issues using Handy to monitor print jobs. Just annoying to see the error message.

Mine says that too. I don’t remember if it always has. I wonder if it’s not a message about an current error, but rather a link of where to go if that happens.
