When I try to send a job to the printer is says it can’t connect, but it is connected. It lets me SEND the job, and SOMETIMES it prints it. Other times it does not print. My printer shows in the Devices tab of BambuStudio, and the camera works. The printer passes the Network tests. Is this just some failure of the cloud services?
Overhere nothing “back to normal”
Things get worse by the minute.
Can’t connect to the printer anymore.
Cold restart of the printer & cold restart of my PC.
No response.
I think Bambu Lab needs to comment on this issue soon with any other message than “all is ok”.
Not satisfied at the moment with BBL
LAN Only mode works OK. I may switch to that permanently now as this is exactly the problem with cloud-based systems. Only snag is, I was hoping to use Orca as my main slicer, but it appears that you cannot access the X1C’s camera in LAN mode in Orca.
This is the first issue in the two weeks I have had the printer and they are failing very badly atm: the total silence from Bambu and their stats showing “all working” is not a good sign for the future.
I can add the printer using the LAN only code but when I try to print it is telling me to provide the correct IP and code - which both are correct but it doesn’t connect. so idk
The handy app and windows app are now able to connect to the printer again. Sending prints still doesn’t work. Thx to Bambu for letting me wasting my time with troubleshooting bc their status homepage shows everything is A-OK.
They’ve just updated the the status log while omitting to do so while people were having problems.
I’m still not able to print. So the status “resolved” is just plain wrong.
That is new and says: " From 2023/08/15 18:03 to 19:10 UTC, due to abnormal network traffic, some users are experiencing login and cloud printing issues."
The time, as I write this, is only 12:05 UTC on 2023-08-15 …
This started yesterday, 14th August and was already an issue when I started trying to print around 10:00 UTC.
Woke up to find my printer trying to print a history print job on top of the job it completed last night without input to do so…
Fixed it and tried to print again, now having these issues as well. Started with unable to send job, now I’m unable to even find the printer under devices… and the application crashes when looking for it lol
Guess I’m going back to printing from SD again for a while
