After upgrading firmware yesterday I can’t print at all. Printer display shows “Failed to connect to internet”. Test Network feature on printer passes. My laptop has web access. Tried rebooting printer and slicer. Seems there is no way to downgrade the firmware from what I can tell. Tried logging out and in. Slicer Devices dlg shows no printer listed at times and if it’s listed the Send button is greyed. Shows “Synchronizing device information timed-out”. Any help is appreciated.
I’ve just updated the firmware on my X1C without having any side effects on my printing functionality. Currently running a 6 hrs print (1st part of the enhanced Hydra AMS) without any problems, and enjoying the positive and long awaited noise reduction from the fans which was long overdue.
I tried uninstalling the Handy mobile app and reinstalling but trying to bind it wants the QR code. On the hexagon icon | Account tab it shows “QR Code Refreshing” and never shows the code. Yet the network self test passes or at least shows timing.
After rebinding it’s finding the printer now - all good.
