Howdy folks. My left nozzle is working fine but when I was dealing with stuck filament in the extruder I decided to remove the left nozzle but it wont budge. It’s in there solid. Am I doing something wrong? It looks like PLA is stuck to it holding it in place, but I admit at my age it’s very hard to see up close at that angle. And my iPhone 12 max doesn’t do a good job for up close. I’ve attached some images and I have a couple of videos if that’s better. Thanks everyone.
Some filament may have found its way between heater and nozzle and has set in when cold.
I would heat the nozzle to 250C and try to get the nozzle out. Do not use your fingers but a pair of tweezers or a small pliers.
Yeah I have a H2D and it happens all the time. I heat the nozzle to 210 degrees and most of the time I’m able to remove it before it reaches 210C. I hold it and remove it with and oven mitt.
Yes, unfortunately, this is a ‘common’ issue with this type of nozzles. I’ve experienced this with the P2S, the X2D and now with the H2D.
Heating the nozzle works well (despite the risk of burned fingers 
) and it hot state, the heat plate on the extruder can be cleaned easily and if you are fast enough (before the nozzle cools down) you can try and clean the backside of the nozzle as well. This will help for a while but the problem will return.
