Im trying to use the damn thing, but between the software being buggy as hell where it becomes unresponsive, freezes in certain menus until you hit Esc, where it wont just exit the menu but reveal another, hidden one, crashes, glitches and its downright refusal to connect some times, i now cant really get anything to get into “draw” process. Anything I add to the workplane has just 2 options , laser or print n cut.
Searching online for information or a guide doesnt really return anything… Is the cutting/drawing tool so bad?
For the draw process, the image needs to be an svg, other format may work but it needs to be a vector graphics before you can draw it.
If you just need to draw the outlines, you can use any format (jpg, png, etc). First select trace in the window, play with options, confirm and delete the image in the right panel just keeping the traced contour that you can now draw.
