Carbon Combo package stuck with couriers

This is a request for expedited assistance from the Bambu support team.

Awaiting a delivery of Carbon combo, since the 11th of July.
I put mailing address to an Australian Post Parcel Locker, I had checked that they are ok handling the package size, nothing during purchase let me know that this is not a possible delivery address for the couriers 4PX that are used.
I have the tracking number and it shows the package is daily being sent out and returned to depot with a card being left. I have been to the parcel locker site and spoken to staff. It appears 4PX wont be able to deliver there and utilize the lockers. They permitted me to even check their letter boxes… no cards are being left.

There is no way to contact 4PX apart from an online contact form which they do not reply to. All phone numbers I can find do not work and I can find no address for the depot which according to tracking is only 10 mins away.

So to any Bambu support, I see @BrotherC has been of assistance, please step in and help, contact 4PX to change delivery address or cancel that delivery and start anew.
Message me for any and all details required for renewed shipping address etc.

I recommend opening a ticket, as that’s the best way to get help to solve this as soon as possible.
