Carbon filament

Is there also an extruder / nozzle combination for the P1P
so that you can print carbon filament?
The extruder of the X1 looks exactly the same.
Would it also fit?

I heard from a guy that knows a guy who knows a different guy that says that the p1p will get a hardened steel extruder as a add-on accessory. Don’t think the p1p and x1 extruders are interchangeable.

I just installed the P1P hardened nozzle a few minutes ago and am about to do a test print. It seemed too easy (coming from the Prusa world).

From the product page:

The only difference between P1P version and X1 Series version is the structure of terminal connector. With the updated structure of P1P version, the reliability of terminal connector under extreme conditions is improved.

that mean…!?
“what doesn’t fit is made to fit”?

why would you want to take the hardened nozzles from the X1, when there are hardened nozzles especially for the P1P ?

It is also about the extruder.
The gear that moves the filament is probably not hardened on the P1P.
Just changing the nozzle might not be enough.

In the Bambu Lab store they show hardened gears in the store will be available early in February 23

thanks for the info.
that you can really only rustle the gearbox one the action already almost fair cheap.

Can confirm that the P1P with the Hardened Extruder (assembly) and P1P Hardened Steel nozzle will print 3DXTech CarbonX ASA+CF, and will be testing Polymaker and Atomic PA-CF soon!

Any ideas on how to “overclock” the bed?
