Chamber FAN MAX Noice before print... why?!?!

So it seems after some updates ago. they have added that Chamber fan needs to go at MAX speed, and noice before a new print starts…

BUT WHY?!?!! annoying as hell.

I think it was meant to reduce the chance of clogging.
