Change first layer flow ratio. Where?

First AMS use an printed the 3d printed led lamp

My issue, there is a real small gap line between blue and yellow, see attachment.

He advised to do this:

• preferences (ctrl+P) → activate developer settings → Quality →Advanced → First Layer Flow Ratio: 1.04

I activated dev settings but only see Initial layer flow ratio. Thats the same??

Will this close the gap? Any other ideas?

• YES = It will flow more filament on first layer only it will help

This setting will override the global setting for flowrate in filament settings?

Only the first layer will get changed with more flow; all other layers above it will be your master flow ratio setting.
