Changing email used by Bambu Forum is impossible

I tried to change the email that Bambu sends forum messages to, but for some reason, this is not a concern to Bambu: it cannot be done!!! I want to be part of the forum, but Bambu thinks this is not necessary??? I must block their email as my only alternative.
