Changing infill setting based on layer height?

Is it possible to change the infill height based on the layer height? Example, printing a P1P shell with embedded hinges in the frame. Would be nice to infill 80-100% at the hinges only but the rest is infilled at standard infill rates. IE layers 1-180 15% layers 180-260 80% and the remaining layers back to 15%.

cut the model into parts, set infill by object

Use a modifier. I do this all the time - latches or other stressed areas get more infill and the rest is left at whatever Global setting I have.
