I just received a couple of Ziro rolls and they included samples of cleaning filament. I haven’t heard of this before and I’m wondering what the thoughts are. Scam? Good idea?..
Useful in certain circumstances. You would use it to clear partial blockages from nozzles – it’s good at sticking to other plastics and sometimes has some kind of expansion property to help it ooze around stuck bits.
Most of my filament is Zero, every roll comes with that silver bag, sample filament & cleaning filament.
I use the cleaning filament mostly after printing with ASA, going from ASA to PLA.
