"cleaning old filament" on one filament prints

Today I notized that my one filament print stops several times each maybee 20 layers (unregularly) and cleans in the poop station showing “cleaning old filament”.
The filament is in the AMS lite. But sliced with only one filament in Bambuslicer.

That destroys my surface! The poop on the 1st picture didnt get off the nozzle and sticked to the model after “clean old filament” giong back to model.

How can I switch that off?

OMG IM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AND IDK HOW TO STOP IT IT IS RUINING ALL MY PRINTS!!! so very frustrating

I wrote Bambu. I will sent them the datas. Unfortunatly i am at buissnes trip until weekend…
Is this also happen with the single spool on top?

Here are a few things I have done but it STILL happens sometimes but less often. No I have the AMS on side.

On the printer turn off the detect tangle feature
Within bambu labs remove the timelapse gcode within the settings of the printer

I mailed the files to them…
The tangle sensor detects any upgrowing force somehow? Maybee its the resistance of the spool axis plus the resistance in the bowden tube?

I am looking forward for bambu´s answers.

How do I disable the tangle sensor?

Go on your printer screen then print options and at the bottom tangle detect. You can also do it on the app. This in fact solves the problem. I removed all timelapse code from the gcode too
