Clogged nozzle X1 carbon PLA-CF

Hi,

I am experiencing a clogged nozzle for the 2nd time now.
Have been printing 2 rolls of PLA-CF on my new printer now.
Is this normal?
Also I thought the printer woul;d check first layers using the lidar camera.
Why does’nt it detect it is printing air?

Any tips on how to clean the nozzle properly? I unbolted the nozzle and set the temp to 250°C and pushed though a piece of filament. After little resistance it started flowing so I thought problem solved.
Unfortunately first print again it is clogged.

Any help apprediated. Novice to this machine.
thanks
Barry

Hello, the same issue here.
X1C with the stock PLA-CF in the combo package. After every print with it the nuzzle is clogged. Switched to the Green PLA again privided with the package - no issues.

Same for me. For the first 10 Prints with PLA-CF everything was fine.
After this - clogged nozzle with PLA-CF for every other print.

Changed to ABS, PETG, PETG-CF and normal PLA without issues.
So - no PLA-CF for me anymore

I’m having the same issue with a new X1C. The PLA-CF thins out as it prints and then fails altogether but the printer keeps going (I guess it can’t see the black?)

I was wondering if I have settings wrong, but maybe we have poorly manufactured filament?

Same thing happened to me with my first pla-cf. Ended up clogging my stock 0.4 nozzle. Haven’t tried to use it again yet.
