Cloud / App outage?

I don’t think it’s auth token expiry as it happens immediately if you close and reopen the app, but it does seem similar to such an issue.

Like some middleware/waf isn’t accepting the auth cert after initial sign on.

Packet capture might shed more light but I haven’t had time

@compunction actually, after deleting the app and reinstalling on IOS this morning, as @BrotherC suggested, it does seem to be able to reconnect now - but unsure if the issue will reappear after a while. So maybe it’s a token being cached and reused errantly?

I wonder if anyone’s experienced it with android or if it’s only an IOS issue

Ok, my issue seems to be a bit different. Small jobs work fine. Anything large-ish (> 1Mb) go to the final step, but then fail. Always. But, the job shows up on the printer. Annoying to have to go start it via the touchscreen. This is clearly a server-side issue.

same issue here for last week/few days. having to sign out and back in to get access to it again, AU country here

My Handy also spins forever when I launch it (Android) and can’t seem to connect but I tap the user icon at the bottom, then tap History and it lists my active print. So I tap the active print and the app is then fully functional. This has been going on for a few days now.

Edit: Uninstall / reinstall fixed the issue. Clearing cache might have worked too but i didn’t try.

Android here and I have my Bambu Handy open all day long while in the office and I have never had an issue with it yet. I connect to two different printers with it, and besides the video lag, works like a charm. Midwest USA if that means anything.

I don’t use the Handy app and have problems since this morning May 14. I was printing something, when it end I tried to send another print to the printer. Bambu Studio was not detecting my printer. I shut down the printer and Bambu Studio. Put back power to the printer and logging in Bambu Studio. It detect the printer but not the AMS. Was able to get to the “Send” window but everything froze from there. Here the error message I get

Current status is that they are monitoring a potential fix. Click that blue link in your screenshot for more info.

It is 5:26 in the morning on May 15, 2024, Korean time. The list of 10 P1SC printers did not appear. I restarted all printers, and also restarted Bamboo Studio. Then, I tried printing through the cloud, but the result was that the data transfer was successful and the printing process in the device tab automatically canceled the printing. There appears to be a problem with the current server. It seems to be a problem after installing the latest update.
