Cloud issues yet again

Status page says up. Studio says otherwise.

Hope the image shows up. If not, it’s from the ‘send print job to’ popup saying ‘Failed to send the print job…, check the status of the current system’, which I assume means their system, since my network is up and I’m obviously able to post. This is my biggest issue with Bambu at this point. The cloud stuff is terrible. I can reliably get a fail with print jobs >1Mb claiming it can’t send to printer. But, they usually actually do show up on the printer. What’s the use of a remote GUI if you have to go to the printer to do a print? Grrrrr.
And update, had to switch to LAN mode to send it. Then of course can’t see the video feed. So go switch back to server mode, fiddle around, just totally lame.
PS - has anyone figured out where their server is? Given the connectivity issue, must be China. What’s wrong with AWS? It usually works. Ok, end of rant.

I have been printing all morning and just started another. I’m a cox customer using their panaramic modem/router. I never have connection issues. I think the US server is in California.

All it takes is one link between you and the server to break to cause this issue. Others will be able to continue fine, but doesn’t mean there isn’t a problem. This is one of the reason having a cloud only solution is a problem.
