Color Painting Tool is keeping the "old" seams (-> rough surface)

Hi,

the bottom of a logo I want to print is colored (3 different colors), but I want to have it all black.
When I use the Color Painting Tool of Bambu Studio the slicer still keeps the “old” seams from the different colors. This leads to a rough surface.
I already tried all different brushes/tools with the same results.

How can I tell Bambu Studio to print it as one surface and forget about the seams as they are not needed anymore?

I have read somewhere that the Color Painting Tool doesnt acutally paint but just changes the filament, so the result makes sense? But shouldnt it be smart enough to understand that switching from A1 to A1 requires no actual filament change and it can be printed in one go?

Click on the part you painted, click the paint tool & click Erase All Painting.

Thanks, but the model itself is multicolored, if I erase all painting it just reverts to that. I just want to make the bottom black.

Here are two more screenshots:

Why is it printing the first layer like that and not in one go?

It looks like support.
