I am experiencing issues with my prints using the A1 + AMS Lite.
As you can see in the pictures, there are random color spots or other imperfections on the surfaces. The parts were printed flat on the printer, as shown in the images.
I printed the right part at 125% speed because I thought it would be feasible without issues. Since the first print exhibited these problems, I reduced the speed to 100% for the left print. The issue is not only on the surface but also inside the print (you can see it if you hold a light behind it).
I am using original Bambulab PLA Matte filament in gray, white, red, and black.
The standard 0.4 nozzle and the default settings (0.2mm standard) in the Bambu Slicer were used. The only adjustment I made was setting the infill to 100%.
The cleaning settings are all set to default, with the purge tower enabled, and I am using the latest version of the slicer and printer firmware.
I monitored the printer for an extended period during the process, but I couldn’t identify the cause of the problem.
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this issue?
You might try ‘quality>avoid crossing wall’. This should help keep the nozzle over the black while black is printing, but not sure it will resolve it fully.
It seems like a small nozzle blob might have got deposited in the wrong place during travel. It could simply be that some black got blobbed on the nozzle and finally got deposited when the white was printing, or it could be some chunks of black that didn’t get flushed well, black to white is a heck of a flush if you ask me.
Another way to resolve this fully would be to split the white out to print by itself and then fasten to the rest.
I’ve tried it now. The print has improved a bit, but unfortunately, there are still some blobs present. I also changed the order of the colors, but now there are red blobs in the white instead of black ones.
I’m going to try printing everything separately and assembling it afterward, even though it’s significantly more work.
If anyone has any other ideas, I’d be grateful for tips.
