I have only just started with 3d printing and this is my 1st post.
The first multicolour print of Winnie the Pooh. I have noticed it has got bleeding of black, from the eyes and nose, into my yellow. The filaments are all PLA and the yellow is from the aux extruder and the black is from the main. Does anybody know why this is happening.
There is no problem with the red and the yellow on the same model
Are you using both nozzles? As in one for the black and one for the yellow.
If you are using a single nozzle, increase the flushing multiplier.
If you are using both nozzles, it would be easier to look at the 3mf to see where it is bleeding.
Pictures are the best way to troubleshoot around here if you can add some.

How does your prime tower look?
My first guess would be the flush multiplier.
I’ve noticed it has been defaulting to 0.7 (at least for me) on the latest Bambu Slicer versions. So you might want to increase it to 1.0
It’s also filament dependent, I’m now printing a multicolor print, using mostly Bambu filaments, and 1 non-Bambu one. All the filaments print perfectly fine. Except for the non-Bambu one, which shows bleeding by every filament that’s printed on the same layer with it. So I suppose some filaments just more prone to bleeding, and need bigger purge amounts.
Is it possible that the yellow filament is not completely opaque? Then, at spots, where the yellow PLA is very thin, you can see through some black PLA that is behind.
