In this thread you can post about designs that you would like commissioned.
ALL POSTS MUST CONTAIN:
Clear description of the work that you would like (INCLUDE PHOTOS or BASIC SKETCHES)
Clear statement of what you would like to pay
What timeframe you would expect your project to be completed in
GOOD POST:
Hi! I need a designer to create a 20mm*20mm box that I can test my printer with. I’ll pay $0.00 for it. Here’s a sketch:

This post states exactly what needs to be made—so much so that someone could create it without needing any other information. Since the author has outlined a price, designers can choose whether or not they think it’s worth it or negotiate for a better price.
BAD POST:
I need someone to make me a house, I’ll pay a good rate.
This post is vague and does not state a clear starting amount.
If your post is too vague, it will not receive any responses. Once someone starts working on your job, edit your post to state that.
I’ll note this: This isn’t a post for me to try and get commissions (I don’t do commissions); it’s for anyone who wants to to post projects and for anyone else to negotiate and accept them.
To forum admins
I’ve made this to try and keep it all in one thread, but if you don’t like it feel free to delete it.
To MakerWorld devs
This could be a good thing to add to MakerWorld, so take notes :)

It’s been explained to you on several occasions. This is not the place to post advertising your business of creating avatars. It is considered spam and will be removed.
My name is Fraukje and I’m the owner of Mosa 3D Printing, a small 3D printing business based in the Netherlands.
I’m currently looking for a reliable 3D designer/modeler for a longer-term collaboration. We have several ideas and expect to need new models regularly in the future, so ideally I’d like to find someone we can keep working with.
The models we’re looking for are generally small and relatively simple, for example:
Small buildings
Mini stadiums
Keychain-sized models
Similar architectural miniatures
They don’t need to be extremely detailed. Actually, we prefer clean and recognizable designs that are easy and reliable to print.
Most models will be around keychain size (approximately 5 × 3 cm) and should be optimized for FDM printing on Bambu Lab printers, preferably also suitable for a 0.6 mm nozzle and multicolor/AMS printing where possible.
For the first model, I’m thinking of a budget of around €40–€60, depending on complexity. If we’re both happy with the result, we’d love to work together on many more small models in the future.
We would need the right to commercially sell the physical prints. The actual design files will not be resold or shared.
If you’re interested, please send me a message or reply with some examples of your previous work and an indication of your pricing.
Looking forward to finding someone we can work with long-term!
I’d be interested in seeing an example model—something you already have at your company, along with, say, the photo you used to “build” the model.
That would give me an idea of the level of detail you have in mind. Maybe you could also provide a link to your company’s website where you offer this service.
I’m assuming you don’t want an AI-generated model, but rather something that was designed and developed from scratch. Is that right?
And one more question: Do you just get the right to print it commercially, or do you get all the rights to the model? In other words, is the designer also allowed to “reuse” it on Makerworld, for example?
Cost wise, you’d be looking at the upper end of your budget, possibly more depending on how much detail and refinement you’d like. I can tell you right off the bat that the 0.6mm nozzle is too big for detail work. The letters disappeared entirely when I tested them. Also note that the keyring loop should be printed in the orientation as shown as it will be stronger than what the source image suggested.
Anyways, if you’d like to discuss further you can either DM me here or over on MakerWorld
If you click my username, there should be an option to message me. At any rate, I’ve sent you a DM directly as it seemed easiest. Feel free to carry on the conversation there but no worries if you decide to go with a different designer
