Complete Hotend Assembly 0.2mm Nozzle blocking extruder

I installed the 0.2mm Nozzle today for some fine printing. It works for 1,2 3 prints then the machine reports extruder blocked!!! I remove it strip it down to find a little bit of filament inside.
Reasamble… start printing 1,2 items and it does the same thing again. remove it, strip the extruder again and there is another bit of filament. Now I have changed the filament incase that was the problem, but no still happening.
Change back to a 0.40 nozzle and it prints perfect and no blockage.
I use the standard settings in BambuStudio for the 0.2, so change nothing. Can anyone recommend settings for 0.20 nozzle as I dont understand why it´s breaking bits off.

What type of filament are you using?
Some filaments, such as those with wood or other fibers do not work well with a small nozzle. If the extruder cannot push the filament through the nozzle, because it is not hot enough, melted enough, or has too much fiber, then the extruder gears will keep trying and scrap off bits of the filament.

Only PLA as recommended by Bambu Lab (their own PLA) I followed their guide.
