Hi all, Having a cloud issue from the Macbook.
2 X1C printer. 1 connects to the cloud and prints. the other gives the error message below. I can connect to the non printing printer and see the camera and filaments but it won’t print. It will however print from the Iphone app.
I have deleted the wifi and reconnected but no change. Any suggestions? thanks. Josh
I had the same issue 15 minutes ago but it’s working now.
I have the same issue, but even worse, I can’t seem to connect LAN mode 
Just seems to just throw failed to connect to printer.
Edit: Cloud started working again, no idea what’s going on with LAN.

around the same time had the same issue different error
And 15-30 minutes later everything went back to normal , not the first time for me but usually 10-15 minutes and back to normal , only once was for a few hours
The link showed that there were no issues
