@BambuLab @SupportAssistant Recently after newer Bambu Handy App updates, specifically 3.17.0, at random times of the day I get logged out of the Bambu Handy App. Anyone else having this problem? Fixes? I’m on iPhone 16 running iOS 26.4

It would be exceptionally unlikely that this is a legitimate bug affecting all IOS users.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

The same thing happens to me. I find myself logging to the app about 3 times a day.

This has started happening to me on iPhone 11 ios 26.4 noticed it yesterday 30.03.2026, on my iPad running iPadOS 26.4 there has been no problems.

Same here on iOS 26.4. pretty annoying…
I’ve had the app for less than a day, and it’s logged me out several times. This makes it incredibly hard to print or view my prints in progress.
There’s no “Remember me” or “Use Face ID to login” option either.

Mine used to be logged in solid but recently I’m finding I’m logged out every week or so. Slight suspicion it happens more when I’m using a VPN. Last time I found myself logged out - I restarted the app and found that I was logged in again - I will try this workaround again in the future. I’m on iOS

It re-shows up as logged in when I kill the app and reload it, but the log outs are constant
