Constant video load problems (Load failed (-90))

We have three X1C/AMS printers at two different sites. They are ALL exhibiting the same problem.

We can print just fine, but we cannot view the video from either Bambu Handy or Studio. If we reboot a printer, the view becomes available again – for a while. Eventually it stops working again.

This is quite annoying!

I put in a ticket to support before i seen this, is there any way to get it to keep working?

Power the printer off and on.

Sorry for the late reply, however, I have heard that when the 1.08 firmware update comes out this issue should be fixed for good. Until now the best you can do is power cycle the printer unfortunately

I’m getting this problem also with 1 of my X1Cs. I have 3 X1C’s but only one has this problem.

Very annoying when trying to check what plate is inside before sending a print, or even to check up on a print.

I now have this issue too. Error -90 cannot view SD-Card or Video from Handy or Studio. So far a reboot resumes play ‘most’ of the time :-\

I’m not sure what the reason was but my issue seems to have resolved itself. I do notice that using the Beta version of Bambu Slicer throws a lot of connection fails but the stable version is okay.

Just Checking here to see it this issue has been resolved ???

We added a second X1-C, placed it next to our first X1-C on a work table.
they are about 50 ft from our wifi router.

Both printers will go OFF LINE regularly… until you power cycle or FORGET the network
and log back in.

Today the new X1-C will not show video it gives a LOAD FAILED [-90] message after
trying to load message …loading then if fails.

The printer does show the % status on the Printing Progress status bar and updates
time and layers… Just will not connect to Video.

Been going oin for a couple days now…

In both Bambu Studio (desktop) and Bambu Handy

still a issue on 1.08.02…
