Since unboxing I’ve been unable to get rid of constant errors regarding the x and y resonance frequencies being too low. The errors suggest tensioning the belts through the automatic tensioners by loosening then tightening the screws on the back. I’ve done this multiple times with no signs of improvement. I’ve also followed the guide that asks to loosen the screws, move the toolhead around then all the way to the back, then tighten the screws again. This didn’t help either.
Every print, I get errors saying that the resonance frequencies are too far from the last calibration and that I need to clean the rods. I’ve done this multiple times with IPA as well. I’ve submitted a ticket to support in the app and have only received a message saying they’d “review the log” and haven’t replied back since that message 2 days ago.
What more can be done to try to remedy this outside of just waiting an indefinite amount of time for support to reply? I’m getting extreme ringing on my prints and poor quality.
Update: support reached out and said that there’s signal lag on the toolhead PCB so they’ll be sending a replacement TH board. I’ll have to update again once that arrives and I get it installed.
