Contest Prize - Gift Card not working

Hi All,

I recently won a prize in the Hanger’s Contest, and after a bit I received a Gift Card as a prize for $59 on the AU store.

I tried using it but was unable, I tried another gift card (from the normal points redemption) and that worked fine.

After a support ticket, they reissued the gift card and it’s the same thing

Support were pretty quick the first time, but since the Exclusive thing dropped, support seems to be a bit caught up, so im just wondering if anyone else has had an issue where a gift card not part of the points redemption has not worked for them?

Hi jaayjeee, sorry for the delay in response. We will re-issue all AU store gift cards due to a recent update in our system. You will recieve the new gift card today, thanks!
