Continuously getting server exception error

hi,

over the past couple of days, i’ve been constantly getting a server exception error pop-up in studio - everything actually works fine, but it keeps coming up even after you hit confirm

i have not chose the ‘don’t show this dialog again’ as i do want to be notified when there is an actual issue, but not when there isn’t one…

Same issue here. I don’t know what it’s trying to do that makes it pop up this error, but connecting with the printer and printing works fine. The error does not seem to be relevant.

Ditto. Never seen this before.

I thought it was just me but I’ve completed two prints today and this same dialog popped up both times.

Currently got a third on the go and expect to see the same pop-up in @40 minutes after it has finished.

Doesn’t seem to affect anything and I’m guessing Bambu need to reboot their server tomorrow when they return to work! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’ve having the exact same problem since updating to v1.10.0 or possible v1.10.1. I couldn’t see anyone else reporting the issue so i assumed it was just my wifi connection to the printer.

Also checking the “Don’t show…” box only seems to affect the current session, so it’ll stop it from constantly popping up until you restart the software.

Looks like it’s spreading

@Tanklet can you please give it a look or send to the right team?

It’s a bit weird that it’s encouraging us to go into LAN mode given all the controversy around it that’s going on

Thanks

It is recommended to report bambu studio issue on github.

For this issue, I have already transfered to related staff.

I’m getting this all of the time also, including just switching from the “prepare” to “preview” tab (happens each time).

I’m getting the Server unable to respond message now. Did anyone figure out the problem? Thanks

I get this every other print. It’s a false positive it appears. Adding a tick next to, ‘Don’t show this dialog again’ does not behave as expected; It keeps appearing.
