Controlling Glossy versus mat surface in the same print

Hi, I receive my X1C some weeks ago and printed the Benchy already implemented on the machine. Of course I was impressed by the result, but one point stuck me. At about 7.5 mm from the bottom of the model, there is a change in settings that create a mat surface where the first 7.5 mm comes glossy. Same filament, apparently same temperature settings. Does someone get an idea on how this is done ?

The line is created as a result of different speed settings. A good video explaining what’s happening.
