Cool Plate cleaning after each print?

Hello…just got my new X1-Carbon yesterday and printed my first test. All good!

My question is: I need to pull off all the green PLA it printed along the 3 edges of the plate each time… before doing another print… yes?

I understand the glue stick should last several prints, before I need to fully clean the plate with soapy warm water… yes?

Yes, you to remove it. Otherwise, it will print over it again and make a mess. And yes, every few prints, you need to clean with soap and water and re-apply the glue. How many prints? It really depends on how hard it becomes to remove the prints. I usually only do it every 20 or so.
