Cool Plate Supertack Pro Missing From Store?

I’ve been waiting for the Cool Plate Supertack pro to come back in stock on the Bambu store, but today the link leads to a 404. Anyone know if this is suddenly discontinued? In the past they as least mark it as such instead of removing it entirely.

I believe they’ve consolidated it with the regular Cool Plate Supertack going forward.

The old grey, slightly textured plates (the original) are out, the very smooth rubbery feeling smooth ones (previously called the pro) are in.

You can find the new “consolidated” supertack jn the web store.

Yeah, I think I agree. Unfortunately, the photo for the P2/X2 plate is still the old grey, while the H2 plate is the new black. I want to get the new black version for my X2D but I can’t tell for sure what I would receive

It was slated to come out in August, according to the Store, but now it just says “Currently Unavailable.”

Can someone recommend a replacement model to purchase?

Same - I even find references to it and they all lead to a 404, just… gone. I did see some people complaining that it did not release well, so I wonder if bambulabs has pulled it from the shelves until they can fix it. The original, as far as I can tell, is still available - Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack | Bambu Lab US Store (US store).

I don’t know. I’ve been holding an entire cart of stuff waiting for the pro to come available to find this out after they’d made all the front-end changes to the store and makerworld. Guess I’ll wait some more.

My favorite all-purpose plate: BIQU Glacier

It works very well with everything I’ve tried: PLA, PETG, TPU, PC, ASA, and PA. I only needed glue with PA, for extra warp resistance. The others adhered well without glue, and all release easily.

For my X1C, the Glacier plate came with Aruco stickers to identify it as a Smooth High Temp plate, but there is a very slight texture; top and bottom surfaces are usually similar.

Mine was about $20 on an Amazon Prime Day; it seems to be discounted frequently, so shop around. I am reserving my Bambu PEI plates for times I require satin smooth or more textured surfaces; they are mostly gathering dust.

I would consider the BIQU Frostbite if I printed only PLA and PETG (like the SuperTack), and wanted more texture at a lower bed temperature.

Even if it’s gone - it’s the biggest pile of ■■■■ plate. Who want one? I can sell you for cheap lmao.

Yeah removal has been difficult on my H2C supertack pro, but it’s worth it imo for large quantities of tiny parts that you just can’t have fail. The regular supertack seems just not that special when I’ve tried to use it… I’m surprised interested in the supertack pro for a combination of perfect petg adhesion and surface finish

“Consolidated”…and yet I just ordered one and got the old version. With the QR code that can’t be read by my P2S or my X2D, and the older, grey surface. Very not impressed.
