Had a print come off the bed and cause a blob of death. I had to manually stop the print but what is frustrating is that Bambu Studio showed a spaghetti detection warning but was still printing. In addition the cover was completely off but it still kept going.
What a mess, but you should try asking in troubleshooting forum

Check to make sure you have the failure detection set to the highest just to rule that out.
Never touched that feature. It was on the default: medium.
