Hi,
Just got an x1 carbon with AMS, went through the setup procedure. During calibration the bed crashed into the nozzle.
Submitted a ticket 3days ago as the QR code the printer directed me to was a dead page.
I am brand new to this printer so reluctant to start experimenting, especially since company and community info seems a little light.
Any suggestions to get me printing?
