Please help me understand - Are the model points rewards only calculated after reaching certain thresholds? For example, I didn’t receive any points for the model with the results shown below:

I think so. It used to be very clear about which download levels give which points, but they’ve since made the rules a lot more vague.
Yes, I know these guidelines. But I’m just wondering why I get points one day and not the next, when downloads and printouts are at a similar level.
And I would just like to know if this is normal or maybe some kind of bug…

It is mostly the same as before. For normal models (not exclusive) you get 15 points for every 10 downloads up to 50 downloads. Then you get 12 points for every 25 downloads from 51 to 500 downloads. Then you get 20 points for every 50 downloads from 501 to 1000 downloads. Then you get 30 points for every 100 downloads from 1001 downloads and higher. Exclusive models get a 25% bonus. This is for models. Points for print profiles are calculated separately. The official rules say that Bambu can adjust higher or lower based upon several factors. But in practice I don’t see that much.

Thanks for the comprehensive answer. So I understand that points are only awarded once thresholds have been reached.
I’ll ignore the fact that there is no precise information anywhere about the thresholds you have presented…

This info used to be posted officially. But since the rules got squishy, it is hard to find. Keep in mind, since these values are not official, they could change at any time. But this is what I see every day. It has been reliable for me.
